"Compilation 2"

Yep, Ryan and I began editing and voice acting Wahttehhog's Episode 2 today. We both definitely approve of the edit job that has been done so far, and I bet Bemus would also be pleased to see the work done and progress made. "Compilation 2" will neatly tie in with "Insert Quarter to Purchase Health" as well, and there will be (and already are) easter eggs hidden in the video.

Grade A 1337-neSs right there, you see.

I'm also back to having 5 hard drives plugged into my computer all the time. [v]

That totals to 250GB worth of disk space, ya'll do realize.

Guys, this Ep. is going to be GOOD, I'll promise you that. So GOOD that your stressed eyes'll drop out before your pounding brain can comprehend the sheer aWeSoMe-neSs of it all.

WTF Mate.

  • Hey Ryan, whatever happened to that Jack Thompson post?

I need the comic's name and specific web IP address so I can work on the "Jack in Halo" Flash animation...

I realize the home site's address is www.ctrlaltdel.com, but I need to know which issue that comic was.

  • you saw the mini movies. and what does compilation mean.

  • Actually, I haven't gotten a chance to watch the video clips yet. I've been more or less tied up with editing Episode 2 and maintaining some recent logs for Wahttehhog and the blogspace.

What Ryan and I were thinking was to incorporate Halo scenes into a Flash animation context. Which is why I need that exact comic.

"Compilation" means a gathering of something, and in this case, Episode 2. That's all. We decided that instead of using something traditional like "Episode 2", we would be unique and use "Compilation 2". Much fancier and much more 1337xX0r.

As explained in the dictionary: ": a collection of preexisting materials and data so arranged to form a new original work"

  • I think I deleted that post because SOMEBODY used it as their own private get together board.

  • I don't get it, if the Xbox 360 is suppose to have Wi-fi capabilities then how come I just read that you need to purchase a wireless network adapter?! That makes it no different from the original Xbox!

Note: The Xbox 360 does not come with the wireless controller unless you order the "premium edition bundle" for an additional $100!

  • Alright, here the word "compatibility" means 2 totally different things. For example:

Apple Computers: "Compatibility" means it will work, and it will always work, and it will never crash, and the interface won't bother you ever again after you've installed your wireless cards and doodads...

Microsoft Corp. & PC Manufacturers: Your system (whether gaming system or otherwise) will and always will run like sh1t. There is no way to fix problems, besides buying mainframes or supercomputers. "Wi-fi" to Microsoft means, "You buy it because we say it's cool and all your games will self-destruct if you don't. Did we tell you about the Halo 2-disc-in-XBox-explosion-test??"
