New Computer

It is worth noting that I, Ryan, am typing this on a NEW COMPUTER. Yes, after 5 1/2 years of waiting I've finally got an insane system.

E-Machines T6520

AMD Athlon 64 3400+

200 GB Hardrive

DVD+RW 16x CD+RW 40x

1024 MB RAM

ATI Radeon XT 200

Yeah, it's that l337.

    And a Radeon XT200 graphics card? Do you realize how old that chip is?

    I do however, approve of the 1GB of RAM. By the way, what is the bus and memory speed of the system? Did you overclock it yet?

  • Did I say XT? I meant X200. Gonna upgrade to an X800 as soon as I have the money. And for the record, it's faster than your sh1tty "Gateway Laptop. Ooh I've got mobile Centrino, I'm so cool."

  • I never said my Mom's Gateway laptop was faster than your system. I was just mentioning the fact that the Radeon XT line is so old, it makes poor, old rich men bawl.

  • Well this is the X line. It's the new thing and it runs battlefield 2 just fine. The X700 can run Battlefield on high specs. I think that qualifies it as being fairly good.

  • The X200 is a fairly good card, considering that ATI comes out with a new card every week. On their site they should have a "weekly special" featurette.
