Matt Spaztard

You all remember the "Ryan Spaztard" image posted on the blog a long time ago (and still under the "Wahttehhog Media" section) that my Mom took when Ryan got pwned at the first LAN at my house during the Christmas of '04.

Well, since one of the Wahttehhog Administrators (Ryan) has been on the hotspot recently with the release of the "Starlog - Historical Documents" recording, I decided that, to be fair, I'd post one of my own Spaz-attacks. My Mom was yet again the person to have captured this peice of the past, and here it is available to 6 billion people around the planet:

By the way, this picture was taken with the new high-res Canon PowerShot SD400 camera. The full resolution is 2592 x 1944 pixels, but the Flickr-hosting service only allows 1024 x 768 uploads.

  • Yeah, we can do something today. Plus, we need your voice. Ryan and I were frankly pleasantly surprised by your voice-acting in the battle scene.

Anyone else who is free today, comment.

  • You could just beg for a ride like I do. Then again, you do need the exercise.

  • Maybe you guys are already there or already called my house, but we are available. Even though it's kind of late already...

Also, at my dad's work, Brandeis University, we found an eMac. Are they good?

By Blogger -|WTH|-AA7, at 4:37 PM

  • Well, it depends on if you're allowed to keep it or not.

How old is the eMac? We're assuming that it's a flat-screen CRT with a white case enclosement, right?

If you do get to keep the eMac, you will become a valued member of The Wahttehhog. We're talking the ability to help edit music & video for the productions.

  • Well, I will keep it, but there is also an iMac that we found. Would that be better? Again, I don't know the age of that one either. However, one of the files on the eMac was dated in 1999. Yeah, I know. Could you "upgrade" it for me, Matt? You know with Mac OS X and maybe some better hardware.

By Blogger -|WTH|-AA7, at 6:05 PM

  • Yeah I actually have some Mac hardware lying around. If you get to keep both Macs, then I'd like to take a look at them, and decide what needs upgrading and stuff.

Some things I could possibly upgrade:
    - RAM (memory)
    - Disk drive(s)
    - Hard drive
    - Software (Mac OS X Tiger & Apps.)
    - Terminal (UNIX) configurations.

Come to think of it, if you aren't going to be using both Macs, we could use one of the Macs as our web server, as I am much more familiar with the Macintosh server platform and operation.

Definitely try to acquire both Macs, and I'll give 'em both a test drive.

  • What was up with the "New"-titled section on the sidebar on the blog?

    .....

Also, I fixed the banner at the bottom of the blog. As Pete had noticed, it was screwed up before.
